At BlenderBottle®, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may return your unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all packaging intact; please note that personalized or custom-printed bottles are not eligible for return.

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Package and Ship

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
